Durham Children’s Aid Foundation Named Local Charity Partner for McHappy Day 2026
We’re Proud to Be Part of McHappy Day 2026
We are so pleased to share that Durham Children’s Aid Foundation has been selected as the local children’s charity partner for McHappy Day 2026 in Oshawa and Clarington.
For our Foundation, this is more than a partnership. It is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a day that brings people together to support children, youth, and families right here in our community.
On Wednesday, May 6, McDonald’s restaurants across Canada will raise funds and awareness for Ronald McDonald House Charities and local children’s charities. In Oshawa and Clarington, support raised for Durham Children’s Aid Foundation will stay local, helping us provide practical support and meaningful opportunities for children, youth, and families who need it most.
From school supplies and technology to camp experiences, bursaries, and urgent essentials, these funds help remove barriers and create brighter possibilities for local children and young people.
We are incredibly grateful to Steve Wilson, Robin Burns, and the McDonald’s teams across Oshawa and Clarington for their support, generosity, and commitment to helping children and families in our community.
