Our 119th Annual Report, for the 2024/2025 fiscal year is now available on our website (under “Publications.”).
In this report you will find an overview of all the changes and service enhancements from the last year. Learn more about how we are implementing feedback to ensure our services are responsive to the needs of our community, about changes in our services and about our community engagement initiatives. The report also includes our service statistics and a summary of our financial statements. (A complete Audited Financial Statement is also available). We are excited to share with you information about the work of the last year, and also our ongoing work.
Looking forward, we are pleased to release our Strategic Plan for 2025 to 2030, “From Insight to Action.” This plan is a living document; we are committed to ensuring that this plan is a fundamental pillar of our planning and service delivery for the next five years. The plan was developed with extensive consultation with staff, youth, families, and community partners. We would like to thank everyone who participated; we cannot do our work without all of you.
